Tom founded TR Davis, Inc. in 2013. Property management began as a hobby for Tom. While renting a unit on the beach, Tom approached the owner about possibly renting the upstairs unit for profit. This lead to a good relationship, as this property owner ended up being Tom’s first and future client. After immense success with his first property, Tom’s hobby snowballed into a prominent business and portfolio within niche luxury markets. Along with being the Principal & Founder, he heads sales meetings and keeps strong relationships with his clients. Tom is an avid surfer and snowboarder and is proud that TR Davis, Inc. plays a part in sharing local culture to visitors.

Melissa has been with TR Davis since February 2014, as Director of Operations. Melissa has implemented processes and procedures for the company to execute daily tasks and activities. She has extensive property knowledge, marketing and accounting experience and she treats our clients with excellent Customer Service. Melissa also assists the team with creating and maintaining luxury standards for each property. On a more personal note, Melissa is a wife and a happy mother of her daughter. She enjoys the beach life, hiking and bike rides on sunny days.

Candice joined TR Davis in June of 2021 as a Client and Property Coordinator. She is the main point of contact for clients checking into our properties. She prepares the rental homes with personal attention to detail while also handling all maintenance and repairs. She has a special interest in decorating each property with first-look impressions. Candice is originally from Los Angeles. She enjoys her free time watching lots of soccer games with her husband and two sons.

Jessica joined us in September of 2021. She is our Housing & Sales Associate who conducts important property checks. She does thorough walkthroughs to ensure the properties maintain an excellent client experience. Jessica, along with team members and vendors, work together to continue our high company standards. She also maintains the front-end experience with accurate rates, property information, etc. on all marketing platforms. Jessica is an avid surfer & skier and loves exploring California’s great coastline.

Abel has been working for TR Davis since May of 2019. Abel is a jack-of-all-trades and aids with physical improvements to the properties. Whether that be installing windows or framing new homes, Abel has been an essential and trusted team member for TR Davis for small and large projects alike. On his spare time, he is spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids.

Nicki joined TR Davis in February of 2014. She is our controller that handles our accounting systems and processes. She prepares all financials and creates detailed profit and loss reports on a monthly basis so that each of our clients have full transparency. She prepares, organizes, and maintains all property files from a financial standpoint. Born and raised in Encinitas, Nicki has a fond appreciation for San Diego and its coastal charm. She enjoys the outdoors by hiking, cycling and running.
